Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 working days maximum.  If there is a delay in us processing your order we will contact you within 24 hours.  Once shipped you will be sent a tracking e-mail.

Custom design orders are not subject to normal shipping policies, we will inform you about the status of the product after you complete your order.  Custom orders will be shipped 3-5 working days maximum upon their completion.

Customs and shipping company delays we do not accept responsibility for as they are beyond our control.

All shipping costs are shown at checkout.  As a reminder, local taxes and import duties may apply to your order and are the customers responsibility.  Taxes and duties are not included in shipping charges.
